IAHV is passionate about empowering women and making them self-reliant. Our awareness and sensitization campaigns positively change mindsets.
Strengthening the individual:
Our women come from all socio-economic-cultural backgrounds. They undergo our programs for resilience-building, strengthening them to handle personal and societal challenges with tenacity and courage
Tapping into the community:
Creating a sense of community spirit to face similar challenges as a team rather than individually, we build platforms for thought exchange and collaboration to give women a more powerful voice.
Helping women become self-reliant:
We inspire our women to find practical solutions to their challenges and become self-reliant. We train them in different skills, making them economically independent, ensuring that their own girl-children go to school and create a better life for themselves.
Increasing awareness against malpractices:
From peace-building to environmental protection, from community empowerment to girl child protection, our women are taking ownership for preserving the integrity of our planet in their own unique ways.
