Our aim & approach
We focus on unemployed youth, women, marginalized groups and underserved geographies. Our approach is dynamic, and not a one-size fits all approach, but one of continuing adaptability to contextual needs. It is linked to indigenous capabilities and is simultaneously sustainable.
Training youth:
We empower underprivileged youth from urban / semi-urban communities through vocational training, which leads to employment and income opportunities.
Empowering women:
Women from socially and economically backward sections are empowered so they can increase their family income by providing meaningful skills training and market access for their goods and produce.
Community Mobilization and Leadership training programs:
Creating empowered leaders through our programs ensures ownership, sustainability of projects and ongoing commitment.
Creating rural enterprises:
We create rural entrepreneurs with eco-friendly and sustainable technologies, providing clean drinking water, energy access, smokeless cook-stoves, agri-farm support and more
